Take N1 North past Pretoria

Continue north and pass the Petro-Port & Restaurant that runs over the highway.

Take the Hammanskraal turnoff, turn right at the stop and cross over the highway once again. Once you have crossed the highway, take the first road to your left (Rust de Winter) the R183 and continue until you reach a T-Junction. This stretch in plus minus 32km long. Cellular phone reception takes a dip plus minus 10 km from this turn off. You will gain access to Vodacom reception a short while later.

At the T-junction you must turn to your right and take the (Rust de Winter) R205. From this point top the turnoff into the lodge is plus minus 8,2km. Please note that you do pass the Rust de Winter dam turnoff, as well as a small café on your left-hand side, and about 1km from the café you will see the sign into the lodge on your right-hand side. This will take you to the Tshukudu lodge.
